Neurofeedback Training
What is Neurofeedback Training?
Neurofeedback training is a brain-training program, which supports the central nervous system's ability to self-regulate utilizing electroencephalograph technology or EEG. When we feel our best emotionally, mentally and physically, we are exhibiting flexibility and resilience in how our brain is functioning which is important for performance and aging.
Those who utilize neurofeedback training report improvements in sleep, reduction in stress, relaxation, mental clarity, memory, as well as improvements in mood, anxiety and depression.
