Return Exceptions
The Logan Institute team will have full discretion to accept returns and exchanges. Accepted Returns must be sealed in original container in excellent condition. Non-sealed items are non-exchangeable. Alpha Stim Units, nebulizers, food items, probiotics, homeopathics, skin care products, such as Holistica, sale items and Austin Air products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Orders and Returns
The Logan Institute guarantees satisfaction. If a customer is not pleased with any product we sell, we will offer a refund or exchange, according to the discretion of The Logan Institute team and after investigation. Products may be eligible for a refund, or an exchange within 30 days from the date of your order from www.theloganinstitute.org or payment made at The Logan Institute with a valid sales receipt or www.theloganinstitute.org packing slip. There will be a 2% restocking fee for all returned items.

The exchanged product is to be the same retail price as that of the returned product. If the exchanged item is a higher price than the returned item, the customer will then be required to pay the balance due.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact The Logan Institute within 21 days of delivery at 317-598-4325. Please supply us with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. The Logan Institute will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. In case of a return (not exchange) of a product that is not in a damaged condition, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping costs to ship the product back to The Logan Institute.
 

Shipping
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

International shipment rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. Pricing on the Sites does not include duties, insurance costs, tariffs, or value-added taxes (VAT), sales taxes or similar taxes. At this time, subject to change in our exclusive discretion, all international orders are shipped via UPS and take approximately 7-10 days for delivery. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

With respect to shipments of Products to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to Products will be shipped FOB our plant and all risk of loss shall pass to you immediately upon our delivery of the Products to the common carrier. You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information and a valid phone number or email address. In the event that any Product is returned to us as a result of your failure to provide us with accurate shipping information, you shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges that may be applied to the return of the Product to us or in re-sending the Product to you.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.

The Logan Institute reserves the right to choose shipping carriers and methods. Shipping rates are subject at any time to change with prior notice to the customer.

Fees
For all charges or deposits for any events, products and/or services ordered by you on or through The Logan Institute or its vendors or agents will bill your bank card or alternative payment method offered by The Logan Institute and you agree to pay all such charges or deposits. When you provide bank card information, account numbers or other information necessary to facilitate payment to us or our vendors, you represent to us that you are the authorized user of the bank card that is used to pay for the products and services. In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, you agree to reimburse The Logan Institute and its vendors or agents for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorneys’ fees and other legal expenses. You are responsible for purchase of, and payment of charges for, all Internet access services and telecommunications services needed for use of the Web Site. You understand that we will hold and store such bank card or payment information to facilitate payment and deposit, damage reimbursement, and other liability purposes.

General
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision by us. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of our Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.
