With 20+ years of experience counseling, teaching, and coaching, Regan Mosher-Rudolf brings a wealth of expertise in mind-body health. As a Mental Health Counselor, Yoga Teacher, and Ayurvedic Practitioner trained in the U.S. and India, she offers a holistic approach that empowers clients to make transformative health choices.
